We’re proud to be part of the mechanical scope for 34-20 Junction Boulevard in Jackson Heights, Queens.
Our team supported the project with the following:
• 25 Condensers • 226 Air Handlers • 210 Tons of Cooling Capacity • 3 RTU Units at 15 Tons Each • 2 DOAS Units at 10 Tons Each
This 6-story mixed-use development is bringing new residential and commercial energy to a busy Queens neighborhood.
Spanning almost half a square block, the building features 164 apartments along with commercial space designed to support both residents and the surrounding community. With a large-scale HVAC scope supporting cooling, ventilation, and indoor air performance, Berry’s helped deliver the systems needed for a dependable mixed-use property.
The project timeline runs from August 2024 through the end of 2025, reflecting a coordinated build with multiple system requirements from start to finish.
