This 13-story residential development brings modern multifamily living to one of Queens’ fastest-growing corridors.

The building features 351 apartments, 25,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space, parking for up to 200 vehicles, and approximately 20,000 square feet of residential amenities. Planned amenities include a gym, yoga studio, children’s playroom, resident lounge, coworking area, library, chef’s kitchen, and rooftop outdoor spaces.

Designed by Hill West Architects and developed by Cator Fitzgerald and Silverstein Properties, this project reflects the scale and coordination required for a high-density residential community with a strong urban presence.

Completed from December 2022 through July 2023, Berry’s work on this project highlights its ability to support large-capacity HVAC systems for modern multifamily developments.
